Go to your dashboard → click "Create Event". Fill in title, description, date, venue, and upload a banner. Add ticket tiers with prices and quantities. Submit – our team will review it (12‑24h). You'll receive an email when approved.

In the event creation form, click "Add tier". Enter tier name (e.g., Regular, VIP), price in Naira, and quantity available. You can add multiple tiers. After event goes live, attendees can select quantities per tier.

Visit Profile → Creator Profile. You can add a brand name, bio, avatar, banner image, and social links. Your portfolio page is visible to attendees at `/creators/your-slug`.

The dashboard shows your events, ticket sales, revenue, and payout balance. You can manage events, view orders, check-in tickets, and request payouts from the sidebar.

Use early‑bird discounts to drive early sales. Offer VIP or group packages. Price based on your venue capacity and market demand. You keep 90% of every sale.

Create two tiers: "Early Bird" (lower price, limited quantity) and "Regular" (standard price). Early Bird sells out first, creating urgency. You can also set a date when early bird ends.

Share your event link on social media, WhatsApp groups, and email lists. Use the share buttons on your event page. Ask attendees to spread the word. Consider boosted search (coming soon).

Go to Edit Event → scroll to "Check‑in Staff". Enter the email of a registered VibePass user (they must have an account). They will receive an invitation email with a direct link to scan tickets for that event.

From your dashboard, go to "Manage Tickets". You can see all attendees, filter by check‑in status, and manually check them in or mark as refunded. CSV export is available.

Add your bank account in Payouts → Add Bank Account. Once you have at least ₦10,000 balance, request a payout. Our team reviews it (24‑72h) and sends the funds to your bank account. You keep 90% of ticket sales.

After you request a payout, admin approval takes 24‑72 hours. Once approved, funds are sent to your bank account. A 10% platform fee + ₦150 processing fee applies per payout.

Go to Payouts → Add Bank Account. Select your bank, enter your account number. The system will verify the account name. You can add up to two accounts.
